Return and Exchange Policy

At Meenapret, we strive to ensure that you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not delighted with your item, we offer the following return and exchange options:

Returns:

- You can return your item within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.

Exchanges:

- You can exchange your item for a different size or colour within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Exchange requests are subject to availability of the desired item.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

- Contact our customer service team via email Minapret@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- We'll provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions on how to proceed.

Exceptions:

- Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Refund:

- Refunds will be issued in the original payment method.
- You will receive a full refund minus any shipping costs.
